The staff members were said to be friendly and accommodating to many of their guests. They made prompt responses to guest complaints. They were pleasant to deal with and spoke good English.

The apartments are said to be located in a good area of Dubai, near a couple of commercial centres, many restaurants and a short drive from the airport. It was easy to access public transport and explore the city on your own time.

Most guests agreed the apartments were very spacious and enough room for a whole family to be in. They also thought the housekeeping did a good job of cleaning the apartments on a frequent basis.

The Internet was said to not work very well as it was either too slow or unreliable. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and it was annoying for guests who needed to connect to the Internet for personal or professional matters. Especially since it was not free.

Some guests felt the kitchen could do with a new makeover, since it was found to be dirty and old-looking. The kitchen could use a renovation and the utensils available could be more to make the guest comfortable with cooking their meals.

Some guests did not particularly enjoy the old furnishings in the apartments because it felt like being back in the 70s. Some would have preferred to have modern furnishings and décor to not feel like the hotel has not placed any effort in renovations.
