The hotel is well situated with easy access to the nearby metro station. The bus terminal which has a direct route to the airport is a short distance from the L'Hotel Pergolese. The Champs Elysees with its many restaurants and shopping opportunities as well as the world famous Arc De Triomphe are both within walking distance of the hotel.
Guests have commented on the comfort offered by the guest rooms at this hotel. The good quality beds are big and very comfortable, there are ample pillows and blankets available, you will rest peacefully. The rooms have been designed to be functional.
The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, they will happily help you to book transportation or tickets. The staff have a great knowledge of the city and they will give you directions and ideas of places you should visit.
Guests have reported that they had issues with the air conditioning units in their private guest rooms. Many found that the air conditioning was turned up too high and so the rooms were quite hot and uncomfortable, when attempting to turn the temperature down the air conditioners either stayed at the high temperature or stopped working altogether.
The private bathrooms in the guest rooms are in need of an upgrade. Guests have reported that the tiles are loose and cracked in some rooms. The decor and facilities are outdated and well-used. The showers are poor in some rooms and the ceilings are quite low. The hairdryers lack power.
Guests feel that the breakfast is quite expensive and completely overpriced considering the options available. Although this was an issue for some, there are many cafes and restaurants around the hotel where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast for a better price.
