Guests whose rooms were located on the upper floors said that they found it quite tiring climbing several flights of stairs on a daily basis as there is no lift on the premises. If you have any mobility issues it's advisable to ask for a room on the lower

The Wi-Fi signal was said to be rather weak in some of the rooms due to the thickness of the walls which meant that guests had to take their devices closer to the bar area where the signal was said to be stronger.
