Just outside the door you can enjoy pure nature and plenty of sports activities all year round. Come and spend your holiday in-between the glaciers and lakes of the Zell am See - Kaprun region. In the summertime we offer an own beach with a surf-school next to the house, a wonderful breakfast at the terrace with a wonderful view over the lake, fresh prepared meals, which really makes happy and a lot of sports- and fun-activities all over the year. In winter, the ski bus stop is only 100 meters away. All ski areas are within a short time. There are 110 beds in rooms with shower/toilet. There are cheap one- to six-bed rooms with views of the mountains or the lake. Parking is for free, train passengers are transported free from and to central station.
