Previous guests have mentioned the convenient location of the hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Great Yarmouth yet still within easy walking distance of the centre. The striking sea views were also mentioned.

The food has been described as being of very good quality. There is a varied and tasty menu and guests enjoyed being able to look out over the sea whilst eating breakfast on the terrace. The superior customer service and friendliness of staff was also complimented.

The rooms available are spacious and tastefully decorated. Previous guests have said that they are very comfortable and mention has also gone to the air conditioning which is available in some rooms.

A handful of past guests have felt that some rooms are starting to look tired and worn. There are unsubstantiated reports that some rooms have recently been refurbished.
