Guests were complimentary about the spa especially the swimming pools and steam rooms which many enjoyed using. The treatments including specialist facials and massages were also said to be very good and carried out by professional staff.

Noise from busy street .
Guests whose rooms were at the front of the hotel complained about traffic noise whilst those whose rooms overlooked the side alley also experienced disturbances from early morning delivery vans.
