The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to see everything Lille has to offer. The Lille Grand Palais is across the street from the hotel while the city centre is a ten-minute walk away. There is also a train station and metro station close to the hotel.
The employees at the property are friendly and have a warm, welcoming demeanour that guests say they enjoyed. The staff is nice but also works hard behind the scenes to fulfill any requests you may have.
