You will enjoy the very high standards of this hotel. It is attractively furnished and has the charms and beauty of an historic building. The nice interiors are matched by the wonderful food. The rooms and the hotel as a whole are well decorated

From the hotel you can visits many of Berlin's sights without even having to take the U-Bahn. The Tiergarten and Zoo Berlin are within walking distance. The location is great for visiting many trendy bars, restaurants, and shops in the area. For guests needing the U-Bahn there are any stations very close to the hotel.

The staff is always there to assist you in any way they can. They were all very friendly and welcoming. Any guests complimented the kindness of the doorman.

Some guests commented that the layout of the rooms was awkward as the bathroom seemed open to the rest of the room. Guests wished for the bathrooms to have some upgrades and more privacy from the rest of the room.

The food and drinks at the hotel were very expensive. Many guests suggested finding cafes and restaurants in the area that offer similar quality food for a cheaper price.

You might want to find something to block out the sound. Some guests were not happy that the walls of the hotel seemed very thin. It was sometimes easy to hear other guests from other rooms and from the hallway.
