Some guests say that since the hotel is far from the city centre, they have to rely on the free shuttle which limits the capacity to eight people every trip and guests say that it is almost always full. Many times there is an error in booking made by the staff and guests say they cannot use the shuttle.
Guests found some of the rooms small and the single windows looking out onto an outdoor staircase and the staff eating area. Guests say that owing to this they had to keep the curtains closed making the rooms very dark.
In some rooms the TV and air conditioning units did not work. There are issues with the electrical facilities in many rooms as there are some unused electrical light fittings hanging down from the ceiling. Also there is only one plug socket provided.
