The resort is very well-known for its rejuvenating spa and sauna facilities. Most of the guests loved the salt water Jacuzzi which is warm and relaxing. The hot tub is right next to the pool and is very clean. The full-service spa also included massages and a trip to the steam room. Other than spa, guests can take up other activities like fishing, golf and snorkeling to have a fun-filled trip.
Guests loved the French-Mexican fusion food served at the onsite restaurant Le Mettisage. Food is freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The restaurant service is very quick without having to wait too much for the food. All the staff members are very professional and know their job well. They go out of their way to ensure that the guests have a comfortable stay.
Pool is huge and does not look crowded even when there are many guests at the same time. It is clean and well-maintained. There are many pool umbrellas and sun loungers, sufficient enough for the guests. Pool services were very impressive. The drinks served at the poolside were different and delicious.
Some of the guests had to face a difficulty with very low water pressure in the shower making it very difficult for them to take a bath.
Wi-Fi connection was very erratic making it very difficult for guests to stay online. It kept disconnecting time and again.
