Smoking in the rooms is not allowed, but a balcony door can be opened (there is no view to the Matterhorn). The check-in and check-out takes place at the reception of the Best Western Plus Alpen Resort Hotel. The spa and the breakfast buffet is also located at the Best Western Alpen Resort Hotel, both barely 50 meters away from your room door.
