Yucca Park is an apartment complex in Costa Adeje (Spain) and is just a couple of hundred metres from Fañabé beach, South Tenerife. The self contained apartments, pools and other amenities make for a relaxed and enjoyable family holiday. There are 98 apartments with one or two bedrooms, en suite bathroom, open plan kitchen with oven, toaster and kettle, and a living/dining area. Each apartment has a balcony or patio. Apartments feature amenities such as TV, DVD/CD players. Wi-Fi is chargeable. There are three pools in the apartment complex (one for kids). The complex has a self serve laundry facility. The complex also has a nursery and doctor on call. There is an onsite restaurant/bar that serves all meals at The Yucca Park. Guests can use self-catering facilities in the apartments. The complex is close to several beaches and eating out options. Attractions such as the Siam Park, Monkey park, Aqualand are in the vicinity.

Yucca Park in Costa Adeje is close to several beaches, restaurants, bars, shopping areas and supermarket. The location of the apartments is described as very convenient for exploring the area and for anything guests need to buy. There is also a taxi rank about a hundred metres from the complex.
The apartments are clean, well furnished and well maintained felt guests. The Yucca Park complex is quiet, clean and well maintained too. The pools, pool bar, sun beds and other amenities are good too, say guests and make for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The staff and service receive appreciative comments on the whole. Several guests spoke appreciatively about the friendly and helpful English couple that run the pool bar/restaurant.
The apartments are privately owned and so are fairly variable found guests. Some guests found the beds too hard, others thought that the sofa beds were too small while yet others expressed displeasure at discovering ants in their room. Some guests found broken appliances and poor upkeep.
Some guests had trouble finding the place while others had to wait to be Checked-in because there was no one at the reception upon arrival. Some guests felt that the towels and bed linen should be changed more often than it was (once a week). Guests were displeased at the fact that no cleaning was offered on a daily or even regular basis. Some guests also didn't like the fact that there were plenty of kids running around and that their parents appeared to do nothing to curb them.
No other recent negative opinion has been expressed by guests about this property.
