Apartments are variable

Some guests had trouble finding the place
while others had to wait to be Checked-in because there was no one at the
reception upon arrival. Some guests felt that the towels and bed linen should
be changed more often than it was (once a week). Guests were displeased at the
fact that no cleaning was offered on a daily or even regular basis. Some guests
also didn't like the fact that there were plenty of kids running around and
that their parents appeared to do nothing to curb them.
