The resort is only ten minutes' drive from the Chiang Mai International Airport and local tourist areas like Wat Chiang Man. Many restaurants, pubs and cafes are also at a walking distance from the resort. Guests could either walk down or even take a cycle to visit the places around like the Maya shopping mall.
Guests loved the traditional resort with the Thai cottages. The atmosphere around the resort was very tranquil and made it a true holiday away from the hectic city life. The sound of frogs at night made the guests feel as if they were staying in a jungle. Traditional Thai-style massage services were loved by all the guests as they were very relaxing and affordable.
Most of the guests loved the breakfast which had a good spread of fruits, salads, cereals and beverages. The omelet station was an added attraction. The staff was very courteous and professional.
Since the resort was very close to the airport, the loud sound of the planes taking off and landing was a bit annoying for all the guests. They could not sleep properly as this continued all through the night too. Guests suggested that ear plugs might be little helpful in such a case.
Few guests were very disappointed as their rooms were not very clean and looked tired. The cushions on the arm chair were full of bread crumbs and there were dirty room slippers that were left for the guests to use.
The pool is quite small, which becomes crowded when many guests come in at the same time. Some guests could not relax comfortably in the crowded pool.
