Don't miss out on breakfast!

Yes, it's an ‘extra' but it is surprisingly good with some appetising south Indian delicacies included. Yummy!

You can tolerate virtually anything apart from a lack of overall cleanliness. No such problems here; everything is maintained and cleaned to a very high standard. Air conditioning is good and the Wi-Fi is reliable.

An impressive Dubai location.

At the end of the day ... all you really want is peace, quiet and a good night's sleep. This aparthotel is in a fairly quiet location but close to Bur Juman metro station, Mina Bazaar and lots of fast food outlets. So it seems to win on all fronts. In many ways, It offers the best of both worlds.

One for the pot

Not only is the ‘pool' tiny and little more than the size of a hot tub, but it's also cold. Some rooms don't even have a kettle but if they did, it wouldn't take too long to fill this ridiculously small pool with acceptably warm water. You won't be swimming though!

There's an ‘air' about the place that suggests that there may be an underlying sewage problem.

If you want something other than hotel food, then you need a taxi. The immediate area isn't ideal for restaurants and shops. There's not much choice. Warning: Look out for those taxi drivers and their ‘unfair' fares. Ripping the visitor off is something of a hobby.
