A number of guests to the hotel were delighted by the friendly and professional staff who offered excellent suggested for local events and attractions to visit, as well recommending local restaurants and bars.

The lobby is ultra modern and uber cool and features clean-lines and chic decor. A number of guest reviews mentioned how pleasant the lobby was during their stay, whether waiting for others in their party to arrive or for holding quick business meetings.

Some guests expressed their dissatisfaction with the standard of cleaning of their rooms on check-in and again during their stay when they found that rooms were dusty, bathrooms were messy and untidy and linens and towels were not changed over.

Some guests did not find the bathrooms in the hotel overly functional and made specific comments about the lack of ventilation in the bathrooms, which would fog up rendering the mirror and vanity useless to get ready in time for their appointments.

A number of guests to the hotel made complaints about the obvious smell of cigarettes in their rooms and in common areas of the hotel. Other guests were also displeased at the lack of sound-proofing between rooms mentioning how noisy they thought the hotel was.
