The suites have plenty of room for multiple guests. There is a separate sitting area and mini-kitchen. Also, the rooms are tastefully decorated and are comfortable and relaxing.

There are several common areas in the hotel so guests don't have to stay cramped up in rooms the whole stay. The pool is very pleasant and is open most of the year, except for frigid winter months. The bar and lounge in the lobby is upscale and chic and the hotel has occasional meet and greets with food and drink provided.

The staff understands the needs of the business professional and works hard to accommodate and assist in requests and concerns. They are friendly and helpful and always on call to provide quality service.

The hotel is in the midst of heavy renovation and the whole place feels and sounds like a construction zone. Parts undergoing transition aren't separated and guests might come back to their room to find the hallway with carpet missing and scaffolding blocking the way. The rooms that have not been refurbished are run-down and unpleasant.

The free shuttle service only travels to and from the airport and guests in town for business will have to find cabs for their other needs. The shuttle only runs every 30 minutes and has limited seats. Once those are taken, you could be waiting for an hour or more for your turn.

The housekeeping details are lacking in the rooms. Rather than a deep clean and scrub between guests, many rooms seem as if they have received a quick spot shine, leaving dirt and grime in corners and under furniture.
