The motel is quite affordable with very basic accommodations, which guests recommending this property for a short-term stay.

The motel is close to Midtown Miami, the Miami International Airport and the highway, and there are several restaurants and a bustling nightlife in the vicinity.

Guests found the staff at the front desk to be friendly and helpful and were pleased with how efficient they made the check-in process.

Even though the rooms do not feature many amenities to begin with, those that are present were reported to be broken at times. For example, guests found the TV in their room to be non-functioning, the windows broken and the wall showing multiple cracks. What was of greatest concern to female guests especially was the fact that some of the rooms could not be locked, which made them feel unsafe.

While guests noted how lovely the pool looked in the pictures, once they arrived they found it to be filthy and full of algae. It would occasionally be closed off altogether, and guests reported that there was little evidence of cleaning or maintenance ever having taken place in a long time.

Guests reported finding their rooms and bathrooms in dirty condition, with the floors, refrigerators, towels and sheets being stained and unclean. They also stated that there is a terrible odor in some of the rooms, which tends to be quite bothersome.
