Whether they stayed for business or pleasure, many guests commented on this hotel's location. The nearby convention center and industrial park makes it a top choice for business travelers, but its location just off Route 55 means that many tourists are within easy reach of Philadelphia and the Jersey Shore as well as the NJ Motorsports Park.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and this hotel's selection seems to delight. Whether it's a simple cup of coffee, a plain waffle or even steel-cut oats, the buffet here has consistently attracted rave reviews.

While past guests have commented on the somewhat inconsistent nature of the customer service here, all things considered, this does seem to be improving. Recent reports indicate that any issues are acknowledged swiftly and, where possible, resolved.

Some stained and dirty rugs, chairs and mildewed bathrooms were a few of the housekeeping issues noted by guests. Many also commented on musty smells in rooms and the overall tired look of the furnishings here, which seem to be in need of upgrading.

The pillows and mattresses at this hotel have attracted a number negative comments. A considerable number of guests found them to be too firm for their liking, if not simply uncomfortable.

Despite this being a non-smoking property, quite a few recent guests were unhappy to find that their accommodation smelled very strongly of cigarettes.
