Hotel Wingate By Wyndham Calgary Airport (Calgary, Canada)

A great staff crew were praised for their friendly and courteous nature. Staff were accommodating, sorting to every need of their guests, reports previous visitors of the hotel.

Cleanliness is a big priority at the hotel. Rooms were spotless according to previous guests and the modern interior was a bonus for many. In addition, pleasant to each guest’s stay was the extreme comfort of the rooms and the convenience that, that brought.

Many delighted that the breakfast was complimentary and it came as a bonus that it was of abundance. Many boasted of a scrumptious first meal that fuelled them for the remainder of the day and could speak nothing bad of the food at the hotel.

Many were disappointed that there was no restaurant on site. Many complained they had to drive out to find dinner and that, if a restaurant were on the premises, it would have been more convenient. In addition, many suggested that room service should be implemented.

Noise ingress was reported as a problem by many. Previous guests say that noise was extremely audible through room walls and blamed it on ongoing activity in the lobby and poorly insulated room walls.  As a result, the noise was very disruptive and unpleasant.

Many reported that the hotel was difficult to find and due to its slightly removed location, GPS was often out of service.
