The staff and the hotel owner are ready for giving suggestions on how to explore Paris wisely. Thus, many guests could not wait to plan their next trip to see the lovely employees again who made their stay worth remembering.
Guests said that Windsor Home Paris is an excellent base in experiencing the best Paris had to offer. There is a lovely coffee shop next to the property. Some guests even walked going to the Eiffel Tower within 15 minutes. They also loved the close proximity of the building to Batobus Boats, offering rides on the River Seine.
Finding a hotel with reasonable rates in Paris is a bit hard, but good thing this property exists. The business travelers were more than pleased. There were even couples who got free upgrades and were allowed to check-in earlier than expected with no extra charges.
Some of the carpets, chairs, and desks have dust. There were also a few guests who saw cobwebs on the ceilings. However, the staff was fast in cleaning the rooms again and sincerely apologized for missing some spots.
A few guests said that they smelled urine in the bathrooms upon arrival. Others smelled rotten food in the hallways. However, the staff was efficient in spraying air fresheners, which were effective in masking the odors. Moreover, opening the windows for a while helped eliminate the smells.
The hotel has a strategic location, so light sleeper guests were a bit bothered. However, there were times when the noise was not that intense. Furthermore, you are advised to wear earplugs before going to sleep.
