The staff at WestShore OceanFront pride themselves on their customer service, and care a great deal about how their guests fare during their stay. Going out of their way to assist with any guest requests is just a part of how they ensure customer satisfaction.

Each room is fitted with a large picture window, to ensure that any outside view becomes that much more spectacular. Another great feature is the natural light let in by these large windows.

Although it adds character, guests may find the natural wear and tear in the furniture to be tacky, and that the furnishings have since become outdated. Many feel it is time for updating, while others like the feel of the place due to the character in each furnishing.

Although WestShore OceanFront has private beach access, the walk down to the beach is not unlike a cliff due to its steep walk down to the water's edge. The walk isn't unsafe, it just requires a little more energy than some may have expected.

Guests will find that due to the area, the Wi-Fi signal varies; mostly due to weather conditions, but also in part thanks to the location of the accommodation. Guests are provided with enough entertainment, but should they require the use of the Wi-Fi, the signal is strongest near the front desk.
