West Bay Club is a beautiful, well maintained property on right on Grace Bay Beach. The wide beach area is stunning and doesn't get overcrowded. There are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas provided along with towel service. The resort is very quiet and relaxing, as is the island in general. The hotel has a good restaurant but there are also many other excellent dining options on the island worth checking out.
Staff throughout the hotel is friendly and professional. The concierge is very helpful with recommendations and planning excursions for you. There are complimentary water sports offered and the sports team is wonderful. Staff at the front desk, beach and pool all do a great job and make the stay that much better.
Suites at the resort are spacious, clean and beautifully furnished. They are equipped with everything you need, including full kitchens, which are perfect for longer stays if you prefer not to eat out every meal. They have large balconies and lovely oceanfront views. Units with two or more bedrooms are perfect for traveling with family and include dining areas and multiple bathrooms.
While the larger suites have balconies, the studios do not. This makes it a little difficult to dry towels and bathing suits. Also, they don't offer the scenic ocean views. That said, they are a good size for two persons and you'll probably be outside most of the time anyway!
Breakfast at West Bay Club is fine but doesn't offer a lot of variety. That said, it is complimentary and you can also prepare your own breakfast in the room.
The pool isn't large but with the stunning beach right there this isn't really an issue.
