Previous guests are extremely impressed with the professional and high quality service of the staff. They were accommodating and were quick to arranged special trips to major tourists spots such as temples and rice fields.
The hotel’s perfectly located pool facility is incredibly enjoyed by most guests especially the kids! The natural rock type swimming pool is very energising. Plus, the stunning view of the gardens with beautiful palm trees surrounding the area offers picturesque perfect moment for the guests.
Aside from the loud fan, most guests were uncomfortable with the loud talking from the neighbouring rooms due to thin wall structure. The guests were also irritated with the noise coming from the streets especially during the night.
The guests had some issues with the overall quality of the rooms. The private balconies were nice but had been an issue since guests couldn’t leave important things as the monkeys can just storm in anytime and steal something. There was also no cable TV provided and the bathroom area needed proper cleaning.
Guests were upset with the limited and slow Internet on-site. Wi-Fi can only be accessed at specific areas such as lobby or reception. As a result, guests had a hard time enjoying the Internet for they had to go downstairs to the ground floor area just to gain access.
