Please be aware that the hotel has strict rules about non-guests visiting the premises. Some guests complained that they were unaware of this rule and were surprised with an expensive bill, as having visitors in your room after certain hours will incur an additional hefty charge.

Little India is a popular and noisy location. Unless you bring ear plugs with you, you may have a disturbed nights' sleep due to the noise coming from the street.

When it comes to storage space, the rooms are poorly designed. Guests complained that there were no shelves in the room or bathroom to store clothes, toiletries or luggage. Chairs and desk space is also not provided and guests with laptops found this particularly inconvenient. If you book one of the smaller rooms, you may find the rooms to be cramped and uncomfortable due to the limited floor space and lack of storage facilities.
