Hotel Walhalla Apartments (Playa del Inglés, Spain)

These apartments are located within a few minutes' walk of the beach, shops, and fantastic restaurants, not to mention Yumbo Centre. Guests particularly enjoyed having their breakfast on the terrace.

Whether the room faces the pool area, or overlooks the beach, the views are incredible. Guests report that they enjoyed sitting on their private balconies in the morning and relaxing to the sounds of the ocean.

Many guests remarked on the extremely friendly and helpful front desk help. The other staff also go above and beyond, attending the rooms to keep them tidy, assisting larger families with belongings, and helping those new to the area to take in all of the more interesting attractions.

Several guests have reported that the locks on their doors were not working, and as a result their rooms were vandalised. Those who had paid extra for room safes, however, managed to keep their losses to a minimum.

The staff that are there work very hard and are very knowledgeable and helpful, but guests report that there just aren't enough staff there. Guests report that the staff that work the front desk are also the staff that work at the bar by the pool, so the service in both areas may be slow.

Those staying on the bottom floors in the apartment building have reported insects in their rooms, primarily in the closets and bathroom areas.
