The hotel is easily accessible from the highway, thus causing no inconvenience to the guests. There are shopping centers, restaurants, bars as well as pubs in close proximity from the hotel. Additionally, all the commercially popular areas in Westwood are also nearby. The guests thus preferred to stay at the hotel because of its central location.

Guests were highly impressed with the hospitality and customer service extended by the staff. They said that the staff was always attentive in their duties and made themselves immediately available whenever their assistance was required. Moreover, they gave personal attention to all the guests and enquired about their travel plans, thus making individual suggestions.

Rooms in the hotel were decent for the price and well maintained say guests. There is loads of space in the room with area to walk around freely. The décor of the rooms is simple but fresh. Guests said that the they had a nice time relaxing in the rooms as they were up-to-date and comforting with all the amenities.

The hotel wears a dated look overall, and is need of refurbishment. The lighting system at the hotel was poor and there were dim lights, carpets in the hallways were stained and even the paint on the walls was falling apart.

Guests said that the breakfast served at the hotel was not of the standards expected from a four-star hotel. There was hardly any variety offered and the menu was repeated daily. It did not even look attractive and wasn’t tasty either.

The valet parking available at the hotel was too expensive and guests had to pay parking charges per night. Guests said that it was an unnecessary additional expense.
