Guests were satisfied with the location as it is only a 15-minute drive from the Nashville International Airport. There are also many retail shops and restaurants close to the hotel, which guests found handy.

Many guests felt that the property has not been maintained properly. They found the rooms to be unclean. The hardwood floors had holes, which need to be repaired on an urgent basis. There were holes in the beds in some rooms. The bedsheets and pillow covers were stained. There were many greasy fingerprints on the mirrors and walls. The furniture was also worn out. In many rooms the toilet flush was out of order .The temperature controls in the rooms were also not functioning.

In many rooms the door lock was in bad shape and security lock was broken. Some guests did not like the neighborhood. Overall, many guests felt unsafe in the rooms.

There were no elevators in the property. There were trash bags near the stairways, giving out foul odor. Staff was unprofessional. They were not very helpful, and often spoke rudely to the guests. Staff needs to be trained in customer service.
