The hotel is nearby to some train tracks that can create quite a bit a noise when a train goes by, according to guests. While trains don't run past the hotel all the time, visitors say you will certainly hear it when one does roll through.

Guests say the staff at the hotel was indifferent at best and downright rude at worst. Visitors add the front desk staff wasn't all that helpful and in some cases aren't willing to work with you to help solve issues that arise during your stay.
