Less than ten minutes reaches Wrigley Field and the Addison Red Line CTA station. Plenty of cafes and clubs are a stroll away on North Halsted, North Broadway and Clark Street. Plenty of superb parking is offered free of charge nearby, with paid parking available as a convenient backup plan. Enjoy a cold beer in the evening shade of the beautifully-manicured garden deck, or chat with other guests over toast and coffee in the well-supplied kitchen area full of fresh non-GMO and gluten-free food options. Excellent value for the buck in this location, especially for gay guests.

Clean and quiet for the most part, these rooms are tasteful, interesting and cozy. Choose from various themes including Moroccan, British and French accommodations, each with individually-selected decor and amenities. Although considered small by some standards, the rooms are nicely arranged and cleaned daily.

Helpful and polite, you'll be satisfied with the level of service here from arrival to departure. The manager will make you feel at home with excellent personalized attention to detail and frequent checking to ensure your needs are met. Add some of fun travel stories over tea, and you'll be sold on this staff and the manager's southern charm!

Never a favorite, please note that some rooms do have shared bathrooms. Some don't have bathroom fans installed, which makes them seem damp longer than desired. A good scrub would be appreciated by some.

Some felt it was iffy and opted for their phone's Wi-Fi instead.

Some needed more space and felt a refurb might be due on decor and lack of natural light in some rooms.
