About Villa Lisica

Villa Lisica is located only 7km away from Zadar and 14km from Zemunik Airport. Our apart-hotel has 13 accommodation units: 5 studio apartments 5 one-bedroom apartments 2 two-bedroom apartments and one separate luxury apartment with a 250m2 garden on the first floor. All apartments are fully equipped for short and long stays air conditioning TV internet kitchen bathroom large balconies are all integral parts of our apartments. We are open throughout the year and plan to complement our content by building a swimming pool and sauna for the next tourist season. Our reception has custom working hours suited for your departures and arrivals. We also have a small souvenir shop real-estate agency and a restaurant called Liburna with a 100 years of tradition in the heart of the town. The capacity of our apart-hotel is 40-50 people and we have been of interest to small groups of tourists who come for their share of this paradise on earth for a long time.
