New (2006) stand-alone private villa. All around are sloping lawned and illuminated gardens, completely fenced in, dotted with olive trees, just off a quiet country lane. This property is ideal for a large party of friends, since most bedrooms are en-suite, or two families holidaying together. The village of Galietole is just 1 km away or there is nearby Collazzone, on top of an olive-covered hill, almost completely encircled by its defensive walls and almost entirely unspoilt. Otherwise it’s Todi, around 30 minutes away with historic monuments and numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Through gates, a short driveway to ample parking.
