The apartment is located in the depandance of an ancient rural villa that we have just renovated. \r\nIt is spread over two floors, a sleeping area with two bedrooms and a second floor featuring an open space with lounge and kitchen with a large terrace overlooking the sea and a back garden terrace that will be heard in the countryside.\r\nCapable of accommodating up to 4/5 people, furnished in a minimal and cool way to create a pleasant environment for our guests.\r\nIt has private parking and wi-fi connection. The common space in the large garden is equipped with children\'s games and a small swimming pool\r\n\r\nIts location is strategic with respect to all amenities and entertainment venues, Chiavari has a charming old medieval site with porticulated streets and colorful buildings in the typical Ligurian village style.
