Guests did not have to worry about parking hassles as there was enough parking space. Since the hotel was very close to the metro station, it was very conducive for guests who had not got their own vehicles. The fare was much more economical than a taxi ride.
Rooms were kept immaculately clean. Housekeeping staff cleaned the rooms every morning and guests had new linen and towels to use every day. Beds were big and very comfortable. The hotel is located in a peaceful and serene surrounding where the guests could unwind and have a relaxing well-spent time.
Breakfast is served in a buffet style and consists of yoghurts, fruits and bread. Garbatella and Eur are a good choice for tourists who are interested in ancient monuments and artifacts. Palantine hills give splendid views of the Rome Forum, Coliseum and Circus Maximus.
Guests were very disappointed with the bad Wi-Fi connection. It is slightly better at the hotspots but there is no signal in the rooms.
There was no tea/coffee making equipment in the room. Guests said that they would have preferred one at a slightly increased room price too.
Few guests found big Pharaoh ants crawling all over the room in an unsightly manner. The steep uphill walk to the hotel was very tiresome for many guests.
