Stylish, comfortable, and private apartments.
Reviewers stated that the apartments are very clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The accommodations were also said to be cosy with good climate control, comfortable beds, and nice bathrooms. Guests added that the kitchens are well-equipped for self-catering.
Friendly and helpful host.
The host was praised for his friendliness, professionalism, and responsiveness to any problems that arose. Visitors also stated that the host was very knowledgeable about Cannes and happy to give directions and recommend local attractions.
Good location for exploring Cannes.
The villa is situated in a quiet neighborhood just outside the hustle and bustle of the tourist area, but is still within walking distance of the centre of Cannes. Reviews said that the apartments are just a ten to 15-minute walk from central attractions.
Steep stairs in the apartments.
The multi-level apartments may pose a problem for elderly visitors or those with mobility issues. Guests reported that the rooms feature steep and narrow stairways, with the stairs leading to the lofts being almost ladder-like.
Not the best value in Cannes.
A number of reviewers felt that the villa is a bit pricey for what you get when compared to similar establishments in Cannes. Others thought that the security deposit required was rather excessive and unnecessary.
Lack of daily housekeeping.
The booking price includes only limited housekeeping visits and many travellers would have liked more regular room service. The villa's rules also state that guests must clean the kitchens before they leave, which some did not appreciate.
