Hotel Villa Dei Sogni (Katelios, Greece)

One of the best features of the hotel is the awesome salt water pool free from chlorine. Guests enjoyed their relaxing swim. Umbrellas with hues of peach colour around the edge of the pool were just perfect to unwind and as per some guests, it even gave a very vintage feel. Sophia, the owner of the hotel is very welcoming and forthcoming when it comes to catering to every need of the guests. Guests were welcomed with a drink and little tidbits to eat.

Guests loved the location and the surroundings of the hotel. They loved exploring the island of Kefalonia surrounded by the countryside and mountains. The peaceful and serene environment is what the guests needed for a chilled out break away from the noise of the busy city life. A short stroll would take the guests to the local bars, tavernas and restaurants.

Rooms are very clean and well-maintained. The view of the sea and mountains from the room balcony was just perfect. Small touches here and there like pool towels, beach towels and toiletries were much appreciated by the guests.

Few guests were not too happy with the fact that they had to pay extra charges for using the air conditioner. They felt that this service should be free of cost as Katelios is quite a hot place.

Even though the quality of breakfast was quite fine, some of the guests felt that the limited spread might make it too monotonous for guests staying in for a longer period of time.

Wi-Fi connection was very unreliable and kept disconnecting after every short while.
