Hotel Villa Bianca (Skala, Greece)

Guests loved the quiet and serene location of the hotel with a couple of roads nearby without much traffic. It is only ten minutes' walk down the ‘Homer's Steps' to the Green Paradise area of the beach. Koroni Beach is ten miles and Skala beach is less than a mile away from the hotel.

Rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff came in every day for cleaning up. Towels and sheets were changed twice a week.

Rooms overlook the citrus fruit garden where the guests enjoyed spending their mornings. The views from the balconies either over the hillside or towards the sea are breathtaking. With spacious rooms and a well-equipped kitchen, guests had a comfortable stay. Guests were relieved to find that a secure parking area was assigned right next to the hotel.

Few guests had a very bad experience with attempted theft in the hotel. To his utter dismay, one of the guests found that his Diesel Jeans and debit card were removed from the suitcase and hidden under a blanket on top of the wardrobe. One of the other guests lost her make-up bag. They presumed that the cleaners might be responsible for this ugly incident. No action was taken by the owner even after bringing the concern to light.

Some of the guests were disappointed with the irregular supply of hot water. They felt that it could be because it was solar powered. There were no toiletries provided.

Many guests felt that the staff, especially the ones in the reception, were not very warm. On arriving late at night, one of the guests did not find anyone at the reception except for his own room keys.
