The complimentary breakfast is said to be delicious and enough to fill you up for the morning. The breakfast options were not buffet but the quality of the items offered was good. It's better to have good quality over quantity.
The clean rooms were found to be a nice amenity by most guests who found their rooms to be exceptionally clean. It was especially comfortable with the beds and furnishings. The bathrooms are also found to be of a good size.
The hotel is within a short walking distance of the main train station which was convenient for most guests. It is also close to various restaurants and bars for food and drinks. The tram takes guests to the shopping area which is also close by.
The neighbourhood was found to be a bit shady by some guests who thought it was dirty and smelled bad. This doesn't reflect directly on the hotel but it would have been nice to have a cleaner neighbourhood. It is also near the red light district.
The rooms were found to be too hot by some guests who felt the atmosphere to be strangely unbearable. The air conditioning did not do much to help the situation.
Some guests would have liked to have a bit more amenities in general for the price they paid. For example, they would have like some extra toiletries, more space, English channels and/or tea and coffee makers in the rooms. The price seems a bit expensive for them.
