Pigalle nightlife, Montmartre and lots of dining.

Nice French continental breakfast.

Noise insulation not good and no air conditioning.
Those who stayed said there was poor noise insulation between the rooms in this older-style building, and the noise from outside could occasionally be a bother as well. Rooms a little small, Wi-Fi not great.
The rooms at Victor Massé were sometimes reported by guests as being rather small, while another relatively common complaint was that the Wi-Fi not always particularly strong, apart from in the lobby.
