The hotel is close to many places of interest like the Colosseum and Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano. An added advantage for the guests was that the hotel is located just next to the tram stop. Guests could take the tram stop 19 to the Vatican City and Tram stop 3 to the Roman Forum. Many guests enjoyed good discounts at Rainbow Magic Land Fun Park.
Rooms are well-decorated in a vintage inspired style and are very cozy. They were clean and chocolates were kept on the bed to welcome the guests. Beds were comfortable enough for a good sleep.
Guests found the hotel staff to be very accommodating. Even though most of them spoke in Italian, they made all the efforts to understand the concerns of the guests and make them feel comfortable. They helped the guests plan their sightseeing trips of Rome.
Most of the guests felt that it got very noisy at night with the trams passing by and the loud music from the bar close by. Few guests even felt the vibrations of the tram almost shaking up their rooms.
As per many guests, the breakfast served here was very basic and minimal. They felt that adding up more varieties like cheese and cold meat would have been great. Coffee was the only beverage served here.
Absence of an elevator and a flight of stairs to climb made it very difficult for elderly guests, guests with loads of luggage and small kids to reach the top floors of the hotel.
