The entire property of the B&B is well kept with attention given to smallest of the details. It is immaculately clean and not a corner in the B&B was stinking or foul smelling. Guests loved the fact that the rooms were provided with all the necessary amenities. Bathrooms, including the shared ones, were very clean.
The owners of the B&B, Laura and Carla, along with all the staff members were very courteous and helpful. As per most of the guests, the best part was the welcoming staff. They helped many guests get acquainted to the various places around. Small touches like a small basket of sweets and chocolates by the pillows made it extra special for guests. Breakfast was loved by the guests as they felt that it was more than enough for a good days start. They relished the bread, meat, cheese, corn flakes, all sorts of tea, coffee, fresh juices and yoghurt.
Most of the guests were relieved to find that the Wi-Fi connection was very good keeping them well connected. Since the metro station was close by, the guests could easily travel to various places of interest like the Vatican City, Spanish Steps and the Colosseum.
Some of the guests had to face some issues with Check-in post 9 pm. They were charged a late entry fee which the guests felt was unfair. One of the guests even had her hotel booking cancelled because of this reason.
Few guests found the shower to be very small and water was either too cold or too hot.
