As if a good location wasn't enough, guests also commented very positively on the tidy rooms here. This was impressive and the standards of cleanliness appear to be consistent; indeed, those who were present during one of Venice's freak acqua alta occurrences report that staff worked hard to keep the property sparkling, even in the face of relentless mud and water.

This property was a top pick for those on a shoestring budget. In addition to being clean and well-located, many were impressed by the basic breakfast offered by this B&B, a perk that helped to keep costs low in notoriously pricey Venice. Self-caterers intent on cooking their own meals were also pleased to find that this property's kitchen is well-equipped.

Despite booking private rooms, many were dismayed to find that the bath facilities here were shared.
