Hotel Venecia is a three-star hotel with 21 rooms and is situated near Seville’s Alameda Square in Seville, Spain. It is 15 minutes’ walk to the Cathedral and Giralda. Rooms feature flat screen satellite television, work desk, sofa, air conditioner, premium bedding, in-room safe and iron/ironing board. Located at a central point, the hotel is short walk to all the places of interest, restaurants and bars. The departmental store and supermarket La Corte Engles and De Duque are very close by. Even though the private parking in the hotel is chargeable, guests didn't mind it as it had ample parking space.
Rooms are done up in a simple, sober style. They were provided with all the amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Clean and well-maintained rooms were much appreciated by the guests. They felt that the rooms were basic yet efficient.
Majority of the guests were full of praise for all the staff members. They were courteous and always ready to lend a helping hand. The staff at the reception even booked the entry to the Alcazar and printed the tickets for some guests.
Most of the guests were disappointed to find out there was no provision made for breakfast. It was very inconvenient for the guests to go out hunting for a decent place for breakfast, especially with young kids.
Since the rooms and hallways have marble tiles on the floor, there was a lot of noise echoing from all the corners of the hotel. Due to this the guests could not have a peaceful sleep.
Many guests felt the need of a tea/coffee making equipment in the room. Having one of those machines would have spared them of calling up the reception every time they wanted to have tea or coffee.
