Veeniola is a three-star guesthouse with 12 rooms located in the midst of the palm trees in the village of Tamborim, India. Panjim city is 27 miles away from the hotel. Rooms are fitted with tiled floors and are equipped with a personal safe and fan. Televisions and refrigerators are available on request. Most of the rooms extend into a balcony. En suite bathrooms are provided with hot/cold water 24 hours a day. Wi-Fi and private parking are complimentary. Guests can rent out bikes and bicycles to explore the surrounding areas and beaches. All the guests loved the in-house restaurant that was owned by Lenny. As per some guests the food served here was one of the best in Goa. Menu had a lot of variety and food was mouth-watering. The masala omelet and prawns are two popular delicacies from this restaurant. Moreover, eating here was an absolute value for money according to many guests.
The guesthouse is located in a very peaceful and calm area with tall tropical palm trees all around. This was the perfect place for guests looking for a tranquil break in South Goa. It is not the hub for party goers but people who are looking for a relaxed break from the hustle bustle of the city.
Guests could not stop praising the owners and the staff members of the guesthouse. They created such an environment in the guesthouse that the guests felt at home and comfortable. They were very informative and even helped them rent bikes and hire taxis.
Since the restaurant remains open till early morning hours, few guests could not sleep till 3 am owing to the high noise levels.
Most of the guests were uncomfortable as all the rooms did not have an air conditioner. The ceiling fans simply circulated the hot air around and did nothing to cool the room making it unbearably hot.
Guests were not too happy with the fact that the rooms were not cleaned every day. As a result, the rooms looked dusty.
