Hotel Hotel Vedra is a one-star hotel with 30 rooms situated in the centre of San Antonio, Spain. The beach and the seafront Promenade are a stroll away from the hotel. Rooms are equipped with satellite television, desk, ceiling fans, telephone and in-room safe. Bathrooms have a shower/bathtub combination and complimentary toiletries. Guests loved the central location of the hotel as it is located in the heart of the city. The beach is only ten minutes away while the local bars and restaurants are also at a walking distance. Club Eden and Club Es Paradis are very close to the hotel. It is also very close to the bus station where the guests could take a bus to the airport, which is more economical than taking a taxi. A well-stocked super market is situated just below the hotel.
Rooms are quite spacious and airy. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels were changed every alternate day. They are equipped with basic amenities.
Many guests appreciated the services rendered by the staff at the reception. They were very helpful and informative. Even though they did not speak much of English, they tried their best to understand the concerns of the guests.
Few guests were not too happy with the fact that there was only one plug point in the rooms. They had to take turns to charge all their electric gadgets.
The streets around the hotel could get very noisy because of the hustle bustle of the party goers. Some guests could not sleep because of the high noise levels till wee morning hours.
Some guests felt that the ceiling fan is not sufficient to cool the room especially in the hot summer days. They had to pay extra for the air conditioner, which was not taken too well by the guests.
