Renovated rooms are spacious and comfortable and the shower is to die for! All staff are friendly and helpful and whilst modern inside, the B+B is located in an old building which is in perfect keeping with this quiet suburban type location. The place is spotlessly clean.
The area is very attractive and quiet - and yet you can walk to a number of Rome's prime attractions. The only problem with restaurants is making your choice; there are so many!
The metro is close by so you can get to any location with ease. Don't be daunted, just seek the advice of the people at the B+B and follow the routes they suggest.
When you visit the Trevi Fountain, one of your three wishes is bound to be for a better breakfast deal. It's at the cafe round the corner and availability of items varies - probably influenced by what stock is remaining from the day before. Not ideal, nor is it in keeping with the other, much higher, standards supplied here.
If all guests behaved reasonably, there'd be no problem, but many leave any good behaviour at home. Walls are thin here so a real bonus for noisy guests as they enjoy considerable success in spoiling the stay of you and others.
It's not a major issue but you are paying quite a hefty tariff here. It's time, then, that someone 'soft-soaped' the proprietors into providing toiletries that match the quality of everything else. Currently, they are of a 'diluted' standard.
