The staff at this resort is excellent, well trained with a great customer service attitude. Guests are generous in their appreciation for the kind and thoughtful service they provide.

This resort is considered to be a perfect holiday venue for children, as there is a children's play area, activities and plenty of parks and green open space for children to play and have an active holiday.

There is a grocery store convenient to the resort, which is a great help for those who prefer to self-cater in the equipped kitchen rather than eat out. There are also lots of restaurants nearby offering varied eating options to guests here.

Although the rooms have been redecorated in recent years, it has been noted that the outdoor areas of the resort are in dire need of refurbishing and landscaping in order to be of the best possible use to the resort and to complement the various activities here.

Some of the guests here were disappointed with their stay as there were noisy, rowdy guests in the next condo. They felt helpless to do anything about it and the resort got to know about it only from their feedback. The management have assured that in the case of noisy neighbors, the guest has to contact security, who will immediately tackle the problem.

The outdoor pool is a popular feature. It has been noted that after a few days of intensive use, it needs a good clean-out. The observation has been passed on to the management who have promised to look into revising the cleaning schedules for the pool.
