It’s a short drive to further restaurants including Wendy’s, Cracker Barrel and Zen. Aquatica, Discovery Cove, Fun Spot USA, Champions Gate Golf Club and Lake Davenport, are nearby. It’s a 45-minute drive to Orlando International Airport.
It's a terrific location and close to all the shops and restaurants that you might need. Most people don't want to miss the famous Orlando theme parks and of course the kids won't allow you to miss out on the firework displays, star characters and fun parades at Disney World.
If staying in a ‘room', they tend to be very spacious and certainly on the large side. They are more like an apartment. Very impressive and great value.
The house option is great for families. It's like leaving home, travelling for a few hours and then arriving home again - but with lots of holiday attractions on the doorstep. These homes tend to be very spacious and complete with everything the family needs. The kitchen is supremely well equipped and the private pool is a real bonus.
The only pests you expect to encounter on holiday are your own kids, plus others who they pick up along the way. Beware, though, that accommodation standards vary quite a lot and there are stories of properties not being cleaned after the last guests left, dirty laundry … and infestation by cockroaches, ants, lizards and other pests.
There's some sort of security deposit that isn't fully explained. You pay this on arrival - but you never see it again. It isn't refunded.
