Quite a few guests state that this hotel is an excellent choice when it comes to budget hotels in Rome. It has everything you need, aside from a meal service, and guests find it both comfortable and convenient.

This hotel is right next to Termini Station and there are restaurants, cafes and main attractions like the National Roman Museum and the Colosseum are within walking distance. Guests find that this property is perfect if you want to be close to everything in Rome.

It is a positive because it's actually available, but only available near the reception area. A few guests didn't expect too much from a 2-star hotel and found that having the ability to connect with loved ones back home at reception was fine.

Some guests have reported that when they went to the manager for some help with regards to any problems during their stay, they were treated poorly and unfairly. Some guests feel like there isn't any organisation at this hotel.

There have been a few reports of personal items being stolen from rooms at this hotel. When they are reported, some guests have been told that "someone will look into it," only to discover that it is ignored and forgotten about.

Guests have reported that this hotel isn't clean and that their rooms were dirty and smoky when they arrived. They found dirty sheets on the bed and hair on some of the bedding.
