Ty Mawr Mansion is an award winning hotel occupying a Georgian house in Cilcennin. The nine rooms of the hotel feature TVs, DVD players, and tea and coffee making equipment. Upgraded rooms offer beautiful views of the countryside, steam rooms, spa bathtubs, and computers with free Wi-Fi. The hotel is able to offer guests a restaurant, garden, free parking, free Wi-Fi in public areas, and HD cinema seating up to 27 people. Every morning guests are served a free hot breakfast. There is a lot to love about this hotel. Guests were very impressed with the décor of the hotel and the rooms. The rooms and bathrooms were large. The furnishings were comfortable and it was always extremely clean. Guests enjoyed many of the extra perks and amenities in the room as well as in the hotel.
The food at the hotel was also loved. Guests were pleased with the excellent breakfast options and quality. Much of the food was cooked with local, fresh ingredients.
The staff at the hotel were stated to be amazing. The owner of the hotel was wonderful. He provided a warm welcome and the staff were always willing to give each guest personal attention. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
