Our small -in 2. Generation- family-run city hotel welcomes you in Speyer in a central location, with cosiness and service to feel good. Incidentally, the name "TRUTZPFAFF" is borrowed from the historical city chronicle, Speyer itself is historically and culturally one of the most important cities on the Upper Rhine and is one of the oldest cities in Germany at all (founded by the Romans). In the Middle Ages, Speyer was an important imperial city and from ancient times testify still very well-known historic buildings, such as the world-famous Kaiser- and Mariendom, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as well as many other worth seeing churches, monasteries and museums. You reach z. B. in a few minutes from us the famous cathedral, the historical museum and the pedestrian area and then can continue to stroll. We are happy to give you insider tips for your excursions around Speyer. So there is a lot to discover and see in Speyer and after long activities you will find relaxation and recreation with us. Breakfast is served in the Hotel Trutzpfaff's traditionally decorated dining room, and you can choose from a fresh and varied daily selection. If you have valuables with you, they can be safely stored in our own safe, you can park your bikes and park your cars for free on our house parking, which is closed in the evening, so you do not have to clear out the whole car when traveling through the evening. Furthermore, in the house is a freely accessible fridge with drinks available, these are also offered at very moderate prices if necessary.
